MORE SNOW !! – TOO MUCH SNOW !!

Well last night the heavens really opened and it just snowed heavily for most of the night. When my alarm went off at the unkind time of 5:30am I woke up to find we had at least 6 inches of snow and it was still falling.

Most of the town and area was at a standstill with no Buses and only a few cars atempting the roads. I first did think to try and clear the snow from my car and make my way into work, but I live in a small street where the only way out is up a rather large hill.

Several cars did try to climb the hill but they soon found themselves back at the bottom and gave up.

After phoning in to work and telling them I could not make it in – I let my old dog out, Even though he is now an OAP in dog years, he always seems to become a puppy again when he sees snow.

Once Charlie (my dog) was back indoors, I decided to get my Fuji F100 out and take a few photos of the snow. Below are some from today.
